BAY AREA WHOLESALING EXPERIENCE

Tamara Tillman
Posted

Hi,

I'm new to the Bay area and to real estate w/ an interest in wholesaling. I live in San Jose and am acutely aware of the housing market in the bay area and how expensive it is to purchase a home. That being said, to those who wholesale real estate what has your experience been like? What type of deals do you typically come across the most ex: vacant homes, reo's, probates, foreclosure?  Looking forward to hearing some responses.
