This is what bigger Pockets is for!!!! I started building my own absentee list method about three years ago.. I started using local tax assessors in NC. I have had a contact rate of 16%. For example out of 1,000 direct mailers will receive 160 call backs. Just wanted to let novice wholesalers know there are other ways to build your list and cash buyers than traditional methods or spending 5,000$ to buy these things like I did at first. Please share success stories here and keep each other motivated
