Wholesaling Lease Option

Hello everyone, 

I'm new to wholesaling and real-estate. I've read through a few podcasts, forums, and info about wholesaling, buy & hold strategies, and the ultimate beginners guide. However, my friend, and I still feel a bit nervous to do our first deal, since most of our knowledge with this strategy is in fragments. Thus, we don't know how to start and/or have a clear mapping of how to use the Wholesaling lease option strategy. Therefore, we are looking for any clubs and resources that can help us to get a better understanding of this strategy. Right now, my friend and I are looking to do our first potential wholesaling deal in and around Albany and/or in and around the Poughkeepsie area in New York.
