Sullivan County NY tax delinquent list

1) agentpro247 and REBO Gatweay do not have NY tax information (as per email i received from John Harcar(jharcar)   from  benutech.com> of Rebo Gatweay in response to my query)

2) I called the  County Treasurer  (number on http://www.co.sullivan.ny.us/Tabs/Departments/tabid/3390/Default.aspx)

In October 2017, they published the tax delinquent list from 2016 in local papers. January 31st is the last day to act on that list and pay up taxes.

In June, they will hold the tax lien auction

3) For 2017, the clerk's office has the list. But some people may have paid the taxes by now. You may have to file FOIA (freedom of information act) to get the list

4) individual towns have  a service http://www.taxlookup.net/record.aspx?jurisdiction=...

But, if the person pays the taxes at the county office, the taxlookup.net portal for the town may not even update the information.

I hope this information helps!
