Hi you guys! Hope all is well with all the people here at this biggerpockets site. I came across a post from one of the moderators here about a formula for the max purchase price : ARV - Fixed costs - Repairs needed - Profit . Can someone please break this down for me, I am a newbie investor and loves to learn from others. Hope all is well...... PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks a Million you guys.
