Initial check with automated Comps?
Question regarding comparative market analysis for properties: Has anyone used an automated system like Propelio to get comps for an area? I know that they are not going to be as accurate as someone experienced in pulling comps for a given area, but how close can they be and still be useful for the cost? If they are off by 5-10%, I can still see them being useful if they can be incorporated into an automated system. Not used of course as a comp for making deals, just an initial quick check.
Thanks,
Mike
