Assingment Contract in Western Nebraska

Hello Nebraska Investors,

Does anyone have an assignment contract that they use. The one I use is being rejected buy the title company that im trying to use. I'm in Western Nebraska, Scottsbluff area. Any help would be great!!

My guess is it's a title company issue.  Some won't accept any assignment of contracts.  You might want to try a different title company or do a double close.
