Hello Everyone! I am just curious to hear of any techniques, vehicles, etc that have been successful for you in the capacity as a silent partner making a capital contribution only during a property flip. Obviously there are many ways to structure the deal from how to hold title to how much equity is involved, but I am curious to hear any success stories that have worked for you.
