looking for some advice to get me making deals!

Hello! I am a 20 year old guy trying to learn as much as possible about real estate wholesaling/investing so that before long I can start marketing and making deals happen. I would love any and all advice that might help me accomplish my goals! please let me know of any good books or (cheap) courses that may have helped you get started. It would be awesome to have a mentor coach me, but unfortunately I do not currently have the funds to afford it. thanks! hope to hear from you guys! -Brendon
