Wholesale Arbitrage Questions, Market Niche Ideas and Networking

Hi all,

I recently invested in a simple course for doing "wholesale arbitrage," then (after attempting to co- wholesale one deal I saw on CraigsList, a bit prematurely) immediately determined that there are both smarter and easier ways to to approach this as a 'go between' the buyer and seller, so I'm now seeking experienced 'wholesale deal flip' specialists to help build and scale a related business development idea for anyone interested in taking this to another level... above what I've seen done to date, online. I'm looking to network with a small group of experienced people already utilizing this technique, and would personally endeavor to help increase their 'effectiveness' doing so, if anyone (experienced) here is interested in taking 'arbitrage' to another level? (Guru marketers, need NOT apply...)

And so this doesn't just sound like a 'help wanted' ad... I'm wondering where to source the best 'agreements' for working with buyers and sellers as their (most effective) 'go between,' what approaches BP members have found work the best for them to contact and work with sellers, potential buyers and also what types of buyers lists and RE / REI niches have served you well, if you don't mind sharing some related insights? (Either publicly, or with me.) I think I can roll this 'idea' out and scale it (with some help) in 60- 90 days. Anyone prepared to help me build and scale this model online... will be rewarded, accordingly. (And the sea of investor capital, is vast...)

ATB :-)  Scott
