Utilizing a coperation to avoid becoming a dealer
Hey guys,
I'm new to investing and this forum as well. I have some knowledge to certain aspects of real estate as I grew up around it. Recently I was presented with the opportunity to purchase two homes with cash at a good buy. I am interested of wholesale of the properties but I do not have much knowledge on the matter. What I do know is that wholesaling would likely make me a dealer which I would like to avoid as would like to be involved in other areas of real estate as well.
I know that a cooperation is a good way to avoid this but do not have much knowledge of the cooperation's or how to even set one up.
Is there anyone that has any input in regard to this matter?
