New RE Wholesaler Looking For Advice
I currently live in Chicago and have started educating myself on how to invest in real estate. I am particularly focused on creating wholesaling systems that are efficient and profitable since I don't currently have the liquid capitol to invest my own dollars. My ultimate goal is to become a cash buyer. I understand this is easier said than done and will likely require a TON of groundwork and self-education. However, now that I've finished my graduate school I am 100% ready and motivated to begin the journey. I am completely new to wholesaling.
From the few professional real estate investors I've had the privilege of speaking with, wholesaling is a great way to generate active income as I save over time to be able to purchase in cash. Sound about right?
Any professionals in the Chicago area with advice on where I should begin? I want to learn the RIGHT way to do this. Thanks for any replies to my post!
