Finding Probate Leads In Sacramento

Hey everyone. I'm trying to obtain some probate leads for a mailing list here in Sacramento. Using the Sacramento County database, I've found the records for all probate filings. However, the viewable documents can only be previewed, meaning that much of the information regarding executor or administrator information and property address is partially unreadable. The only way I can see to get around this would be to either purchase the documents, which would become fairly pricy after a few hundred leads, or visiting the courthouse in person to look at the records. Both options seem like they would take an inordinate amount of time or hassle. Is there any easier way to obtain the information?
