Direct mail campaign for primary residence???
Hi BP—
Wondering if anyone has ever done a direct mail campaign for a primary residence? Would you structure your campaign any differently than a regular direct mail campaign, would your letter/postcards be worded differently, etc?
Thanks for the help!

@Aaron L. - If my intention is to live in the house, and I am a real estate investor, the last thing I want to do is convey that to the seller. I want to come across as an investor who is in it for money, so I will get the best price. The moment you tell someone that you have a vested emotional interest in the negotiation, you lose your strategic position.
I would not change a thing.. Once I close on the property, what I do is up to me.
