I am gathering information in order to get into investing, but I want some advise from season investors here that may guide me in which would be the best or decent "Purchase and sales agreement contract that is assignable and Assignment of Contract For Purchase of Real Estate Business Forms". Thank you for your times.

No problem Alfonso. I wasn't supposed to put the address in there (sorry bout that Josh..) but if you want to colleague request me I can PM you with the info. Even if you already have the contract, this guy's info is pretty fan-friggin-tastic. There's easily 3 hours of free content. Good luck!
