Seeking wholesale advice....

Hi folks,

Any experienced wholesalers out there that will help a rookie??? :-)

Just starting out in the wholesale business. I've been reading books upon books but could really do with some advice....

This is what I have done so far.....

Set up ads on Cragslist to build a pool of investors (Going well so far. Plenty have emailed me saying they would like to work with me)

Prepared letters to go out to individuals who are selling their properties privately.

Familiarized myself with online public records to locate addresses and names etc...

Before the bandit signs go out in full force I want to make sure all of my ducks are lined up.

I have downloaded a copy of purchasing agreement and an assignment of contract agreement.

Do you recommend I build a relationship with a title attorney before I start marketing for sellers?

I appreciate any help and advice.
