Wholesaling Purchase Agreements
Hello everyone,
I have a question about wholesaling. An associate of mine recently paid cash for a 56 unit apartment building. He now wants out and wished to sell. I know people interested and wish to wholesale the building. My question is, should I use the same purchase agreement that I would to wholesale a residential home, or is there a different one? Is it almost mandatory that I do a double closing?
