Hello my name is angel and i have been trying to get a wholesale deal under contract for quite some time now I just got a property under contract this would be the first deal I'm closing on can anyone recommend some investor friendly closing attorney in the rochester ny area ?

Angel Ortiz I have done a few wholesales in the area. I would recommend reaching out to John Marchioni. He has done hundreds and was able to be patient with me as he walked me through the process for the first time.
