Hi all! 

So after 3 successful years in Atlanta REI, I now find myself getting involved in the Miami Market.

Two questions I have for the Miami folk:

1. Is there a lot of wholesaling going on and if yes how can I find the wholesalers?

2. Where and when are some of the good REI meetups?
