Hello my question is what are the wholesaling laws here in harrisburg? Is it illegal to do it if I am not a real estate agent I have been wanting to start but I don't know if it is illegal for me to do that if I am not a real estate agent and if it is not illegal is there anthing you guys can give me as advice? My last question if it is not illegal where can I find a contract to use
