Wholesaling and Public Tax Records

I'm into wholesaling and I'm from Houston, TX. I want to find more vacant and tax lien properties, and I was told to search the local site for public records, but I don't know the actual website name. Can anyone point me in the right direction for this issue? Any help is appreciated, thanks!
