Awesome! There are a lot of different templates out there. One of my favorites is a small text postcard. Specifically this one:

I like this one because it answers some FAQs that the potential seller might have. Plus, it's a great piece to send out to test the list you have. The return mail you get is important. You can skip trace for the right address, or you can take them off your list for the follow ups.
