@De Andre' Little You do not need a LLC in place. What you can do is just get 1 deal but after that first deal, then get a LLC. Remember in the beginning your trying to figure out how everything works and once you get that first deal, then your like yea i got this but until then, you always have "is this going to work" in the back of your head. Its like 100 dollars for a LLC thru legalzoom anyways and i did my own LLC when i was 18. I actually did all the paper work for it. Contracts are free but only thing that cost you are the earnest money. You do not need to use an Attorney. You can use a title company to do all the paper work. Now i should mention, thats how we do it in NJ, but im pretty sure TX can use a title company. For Attorney fee, most Attorneys here charge 1k for an assignment fee.
