Hi all,  I am new to BP and wholesaling strategy as well.  I do have some properties to sell but don't live in the same areas.  I have lock boxes on the homes for sale.  Do you have any suggestions on screening a prospective buyer, giving them the code to the lock box and taking measures ahead of time to discourage vandalism since no one representing me will be with them when they visit the property?
