Hi BP community,I

Today I went to see my first deal in Detroit area MI. House is in very good condition from outside with 2 years old roof. Brick house.

But inside need a lot of repair work. With garage, basement. My inexperience guess is repair for 12k to 15k required. Flood affected house.

Comps say. Neighborhood houses were sold for 25k-30k range. For rent, 750-800 monthly rent from similar houses in neighborhood.

Please advise what should I do?

muhammad, contractors here will come out and take a look for free and give you estimate of repairs. I am a licensed builder in Michigan and do this for investors all the time. You need to know the repair cost before you can make an informed decision. If you need help with repair estimate, message me.
