16 yr old who wants to start Wholesaling Property

HI, I just turned 16 and by chance one of my relatives asked me where i saw myself in 5 years and my mind literally went blank. I have always wanted to be a self employed businessman but however i did not know what industry or market sector i would specialise in. After a couple of days of research i came to the the conclusion that Wholesaling property would be a great way to start as it needs no capital at all. Does anybody here have any practical tips to help me start out? from future millionaire
