Has anybody ever marketed to obituaries or life estate house? For example sent letters to the recently deceased families about buying houses? I've heard of people doing this but curious if anybody's had any luck or good response rate. And has anybody had any luck wholesaling or buying a life estate house? I came across one recently and came to a dead end. So any pointers with life estate houses would be great. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! P.s. I'm in the east valley of Arizona.
