Conflict in Fair Market Price
Many research online to sites like Zillow (nothing against Zillow) to find fair market value when selling their homes or to find ARV when wholesaling property. How accurate do you believe the estimates, or zestimates, are? Often times realtors suggest a lower asking price or wholesalers find themselves without buyers for their deals. Does possible overestimation by these online sites cause a rift in expectation? And, if so, are realtor comps the best way to estimate?
