Where's the line?: good deal vs. predatory
I have been researching how to locate and negotiate "off market" deals and to be honest many of the methods recommended seem quite predatory to me. I do believe that there is an ethical way to negotiate these deals but there seems to be a huge grey area in between a good deal and predatory that is a slippery slope full of moral hazard and profit motive. I'm not trying to pick a fight with this post, but I honestly would like opinions and legal standards on where and how do you draw the line between a good deal and a predatory one?
