Wholesaling Percentages
I was tracking a local wholesaler and I found that many of his offerings did not sell and a number of the ones that did sold for a lot less than his offering price. This a guy that usually assigns the contracts. Is this normal? The guy seems to be doing well. I'm wondering how a wholesale offering at $16,000, could end up selling for $8500. Is this unsual? Thanks!
