Getting started, seeking help

Hello good people,

My name is Francine Quiles and I'm a newly licensed real estate agent in Central Florida. I'm extremely interested in wholesaling real estate, particularly land, and am looking to connect with people who have prior experience. I've read about as many books as I can and now Im looking for a hands-on experience. I want to learn how to prospect and evaluate property, write up my own contracts, how to acquire land without having to put any (or little) of my money down, etc. My goal is to eventually start my own Investment group and move up to multi-family units. Any people in Central FL with experience in this that would be interested in coaching?
