I received my first lead from a bandit sign today (first time taking action). The deal is that the home is in Wellston, OK which is east of Okc. It is an unfinished home that the seller wants to sell. I haven't talked to him yet to get more details. Question. Any Oklahoma investors here on BP or not that invest in Wellston?

I have a contact in OKC (not on BP) that does stuff in Wellston, if you'll send me the details I'll see what he says. Hope you can get this one, I remember my first lead and how exciting it was.
