Earnest Money Deposit Negotiation Tips

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone out there can offer advice or tips on how to get the sellers to agree to earnest money deposits of as low as $10 on wholesale deals? I've tried getting sellers to sign contracts and once they see that $10 they are turned off and want to negotiate for  hundreds sometimes even thousands down. I appreciate any feedback.
