Absentee Owner/Buyer????

Hey BP

Just looking if or feedback and opinions.

I looked up an Owner of a Vacant house while driving for dollars, and found that the owner has other properties. In the past I have sent regular absentee yellow letter marketing only to find that some of these owners turned out to be Buyers not interested in selling.

Should there be distinctive verbiage on the postcards or letters to these type of absentee owners?

Like writing something that's asking them are they looking to get rid of their property and/or looking to purchase more.

Or just send the regular age old "I want to buy your house cash, close quick" blah blah blah

Any help, comments, or opinions is appreciated in advance.

Thanks
