I NEED HELP ON MARKETING !! WHERE CAN I TAKE CLASSES OR ANYTHING!! I CANT FIND NO DEALS !! I PUT OUT BANDIT SIGNS EVERYWHERE AND MONEY DROP CARDS!! I JUST DONT NO HOW TO MARKET !! CAN SOMEONE HELP

ok lets look at free marketing. Posting on craigslist is free most places but in NY I am pretty sure that that is not true.  In general I would tell you to go to CL in another city and copy the best buyer ads you can find.  So lets nix that idea  for now.

How about local community markets?  Do any of these have bulliten boards?  Local churches?  Local parks?  anywhere where you can hang a free flyer that says "I buy houses".   

then lets talk about some direct mail marketing to centers of influence.  By this I am thinking about lawyers.   Lawyers know when chaos happens.  they know about divorce, estates, and evictions.  Find the lawyers who handle these in your area and send them a nice letter about how you buy property in difficult situations, and you have a lead funnel. 

You might also want to talk to moving companies, not the boss but the guy who lifts heavy stuff, offer that guy a bird dog fee if he finds you a house that needs to sell fast.

You can find abandoned houses by offering the same bribe to garbage men, postal carriers, and police.

Its mostly about letting everyone near you know what you do.
