Lists for Property Addresses
Hello, I am a investor from Dayton, Ohio, I have never had to use a lists for addresses to get leads. My Sondra Buys Houses and my marketing I have done online, as well as putting in offers thru a Realtor have brought me plenty of deals, BUT I wanna to try using companies that provides lead addresses for my target area.
My question is who do you all use and what percentage of responses do you get from sending out letters to these property owners? I have heard of Listsource.com
Thanks for your input!!! Much appreciated!!
Sondra

Percentages will vary based on that market. My market might be weaker/stronger than yours. So basically I can tell you until I turn blue in the face that I get 3% on my letters, it might be 6% in your area. Your area marketing might work better with the type of marketing you already have in place. Letters might be a waste, they might catch some big fish, only you can find out. But don't make this call based off of others numbers, you'll have to get your own. I had a great response from bandit signs in my old market. Letters, not so much :-( So do you think I kept spending money on letters? Absolutely not...
But, Listsource is a good place for you to start.
Makes sense @Sondra Mckibben ?
