If you don't want to take the time to learn contracts yourself then you need to talk to an attorney. "Recommending" a contract would be legal advice only an attorney can do that. 

If you don't want to pay an attorney check out some law books from the library of perhaps the NOLO Press website may have info that will help. NOLO Press publishes self help legal books.
