Hey BP world, I am looking to do wholesaling in Jacksonville Fl, and I want to have a comprehensive buyers list. What are some of the best ways to advertise to buyers?

I plan on doing direct mail, bandit signs, craigslist, and going to auctions to meet potential buyers, and I would love advice on what to say or put on these.
