Refining a list through price

Hello BP community!

I am working on a list to start a marketing campaign next week. I have researched through a lot of BP posts and have noticed that many wholesalers do not put a filter on the price of the homes they are marketing to. It seems like it would be a good idea for me to have a filter on the price of the home to tailor to homes that appeals to the broad market or median price of the area.

Well you can look up the median price in your area. After you find that price enter in $1 to $150,000 (just for an example). That should help trim down your list.
