I am looking on the tax assessor site and I am confused as to what this information means such as 

APPRAISED VALUES:

Land, Improvements, Total

ASSESSED VALUE

Land, Improvements, Total

I hope you can see the picture below. I'm trying to make sure I am analyzing the right data to know if these properties are worth pursuing for my fee and a deal for my end buyer.
