Where oh where are they getting the leads?? Please help
Hey all.
I am a rehabber and flipper and have a question about some inventory
available.
I get numerous emails each day from wholesalers that pretty much show
the same properties. This is leading me to believe that they are all getting
their new leads from the same place. I am specifically interested in anything
in the southern half of florida and would like any thoughts of the source of
the properties listed in these emails.
Thanks for any thoughts.

The source is most likely coming from 1 wholesaler who is using a flex option/co-wholesaling their properties. This is very common when someone is wholesaling in a market they don't know, don't have a buyer for or don't live in etc. Finding the source of how they acquired the property is as simple as asking them or a lil bit of googling.
