Hello all,
So my wife and I are planning to purchase a small multi-family with a buy and hold strategy sometime in the next few months. We are shooting for the beginning of 2015. In the time being, I am thinking about possibly taking a stab at wholesaling, but I have never done this before.

How exactly does the wholesaling process work? Where do you find investors to sell these properties to? What happens if you can't get the property sold to an investor?

Any advise/info is much appreciated! I am from Illinois, just across the river from St. Louis.
Thanks,
DJ Cummins
