BP Family,

I am working out of Charlotte, NC and currently focusing on maximizing leads. Does anyone have experience dealing with acquiring list and if so any advice on great list providers for absentee owners and/or inherited properties? I am curious to know the success rate as well.

Dataquick and Listsource are both pretty good. I don't know about inherited properties, but I'm pretty sure they both have absentee owners.
