Should I get in the middle of this???
Without going into a long story, I've found myself in the middle of a potential deal. My first deal. The house is in a low-end neighborhood and will go cheap - under $10K.
I have a hot seller and a hot buyer (if the price is right).
What I don't want to do is spend so much money on title searches, closing costs and delinquent taxes that the deal doesn't work for anybody.
Is there any possible way to get through this dirt cheap?? Double close or however. $2-$3K closing costs will kill this deal. How much of this stuff can I do myself?
Another kicker is that both ends of this deal are English-language challenged people. And it will be all cash around.
Thanks for your quick response.
