Wholesaling Deal Fail Question
First off thx to everybody for always answering my questions I really appreciate the feedback. Hypothetically, if I get a seller under contract and take the title to my attorney for a title check and the deal falls through for whatever reason, how do i settle up with my attorney or title company because surely it's not their problem the deal fell through. I will owe them money correct? Has this happened to anybody? I live in SC so if anybody has experienced this here it would be great to hear about it. Thx!
