Hey everyone,

Curious to hear how other investors are connecting with reliable wholesalers in their market.

I’m actively looking at deals right now and would love to know what’s actually worked for you. Are you meeting them at local REI meetups? Finding them through agents? Cold outreach?

Appreciate any advice or strategies you’ve used to build solid relationships with wholesalers.
