New to Wholesaling in Atlanta – Looking for Guidance & Connections

Posted

Hey everyone, I’m new to real estate wholesaling and looking to get started in Atlanta. I want to learn the best strategies, find motivated sellers, and connect with experienced investors.

If you have any advice on marketing, contracts, or building a buyers list, I’d love to hear it. Also, if anyone is open to JV deals or mentorship, I’m eager to learn and bring value where I can.

Looking forward to connecting with you all!

Welcome! My primary experience recently w/ Atlanta wholesalers has been mispriced properties due to the additional margin added. Just have solid comps, ARV numbers, and of course good clientele. Just put yourself in the shoes of the other side of the deal and consider what numbers would make sense for them.
