Need Advice..... Hiring Good Talent

Howdy! I am a wholesaler out of Charleston SC looking to scale my business. I find it so hard to bring on good talent, so I was wondering if anybody on here had some advice on how they have succeeded in bringing on motivated sales-people. I am looking for another Acquisitions Manager to add to my team of 6 (Operations Director, Transaction Coordinator, Dispo Manager, and 2 Acquisitions Managers). We are a 7 figure business looking to grow even more, but finding solid Acquisitions Managers always seems to be tough. We typically post on Indeed and Facebook to prospect. Any advice?
