In Need Of Wholesaling Advice!

Angilese Reyes
Posted

Hi everyone! I'm currently attending university for Marketing, however I found an interest in Wholesaling about a month ago so I'm definitely newer to this. I need some advice. I find distressed properties but, never know what to do with them. I use PropWire to find home owners and give them calls, however I never get responses back. What is an easy way to get in contact? Also, after you find the homeowners and get in contact with them, what's your next step? Where do you find contracts? Where do you find fix and flippers? I know this industry may be hit or miss, but if anyone can drop any kind of advice that would be great! I always find myself getting caught up in YouTube videos, but they're never really informative.

Any advice is great advice, thanks you!
