Hey BP community!

I’m Daniel Vargas, and I'm well experienced in Real Estate wholesaling, While I can’t promote my company directly, I’m looking to connect with cash buyers in the South Florida markets such as Palm Beach, Miami, and Broward, I’d love to hear from anyone who has successfully built relationships with investors there.

• What strategies or platforms have you found most effective for connecting with them?

• Are there specific networking events or forums within the BiggerPockets community that you recommend?

Thank you for your insights! I’m eager to learn and connect with others in the industry.

Find your cash buyers via propstream, batch leads etc. Skip trace the LLC and start a marketing campaign. The other thing to do is find a lender to partner with. Most "cash buyers" actually use some sort of financing.

@John O'Leary Good Points! It's true that many buyers rely on some kind of financing, so understanding their funding process is key. Also leveraging platforms like PropStream and Batch Leads are excellent strategies for building a solid buyer list. Thanks for sharing these insights!
